Tomato Basil soup
Ingredients:
For
the soup
2
tablespoons olive oil
½
medium yellow onion
3
big red tomatoes
2
cups vegetable stock
1
tablespoon balsamic vinegar
½
tablespoon Dried Organic Nations parsley
1
tablespoon Dried Organic Nation’s Basil leaves,
1
teaspoon Organic Nation’s garlic powder
Organic
Nation’s Himalayan pink rock Salt to taste
Grated
Parmesan cheese to garnish
For the croutons:
Bread
cut in 2 inch cubes
2
tablespoons olive oil
Dried
italian seasoning
1
teaspoon Organic Nation’s garlic powder
Organic
Nation’s Himalayan pink rock Salt to taste
Recipe:
Make
the soup,

Heat
oil in a pan add onion and cook till it softens
●
Add
the tomatoes, Organic Nation’s garlic powder, vinegar, vegetable stock, and
salt. Cook it for 30 minutes while stirring it. Then puree the soup and strain.
Now add Dried Organic Nations parsleyand Dried Organic Nation’s Basil leaves.
garnish with cheese and serve hot with croutons.
Make
herbed garlic croutons,

In
a large bowl mix oil, herbs and salt, gently toss the bread in it.

Spread
the bread cubes in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake the croutons in a
preheated oven until they turn golden, it takes about 15 minutes at 375 degree
F.

Let
them cool down and store them in an airtight container. Serve with hot soup.
