Pasta with peppers and onions
Ingredients:

cup pine nuts
¾
cup olive oil
1
medium yellow onion
3
pieces colourful bell peppers
4
garlic cloves peeled and minced
¼
cup red wine vinegar
½
tablespoon Organic Nations Basil leaves dried
1
teaspoon Organic Nation’s salt &pepper powder
1
teaspoon Organic Nation’s Italian seasoning
3
teaspoons Organic Nation’s Brown sugar
1
cup boiled Rigatoni Pasta
½
cup pitted chopped Kalamata Olives
¾
cup shredded Ricotta Salata
Grated
Parmesan cheese to garnish
Recipe:

In
a preheated oven bake the pine nuts for 5 to 7 minutes
●
Let
the nuts cool
●
Chop
the peppers in one inch strips and then cut the strips in halves
●
In
a fry pan heat olive oil, and saute onion and peppers till the soften
●
Add
garlic, Organic Nation’sdried Basil
leaves, Organic Nation’s salt & pepper, Organic Nation’s Italian seasoning,Organic
nation’s brown sugar and vinegar, reduce the heat to low.
●
Mix
and cook till peppers soften, add pasta toss well.
●
Now
add chopped Organic Nations Basil leaves dried, olives, and pine nuts
●
Serve
in individual bowls topped with cheese.
