Honey glazed almonds
Ingredients:
2
cups whole almonds
¼
cup Organic Nation’s Brown sugar
½
teaspoon Organic Nation’s Himalayan pink rok salt
3
tablespoon Organic Nation’s Wild Forest honey
3
tablespoons water
1
tablespoon almond oil
Recipe:

Spread
almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet and put in the oven.
●
Bake
almonds at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until
light tan and aromatic.
Mix
Organic Nation’s Brown sugar and Himalayan pink rok salt
●
together
in a small bowl, sprinkle 1 tablespoon sugar mixture in a large bowl.
●
Stir
Organic Nation’s Wild Forest Honey, water, and almond oil in a saucepan, boil
it. Add almonds and cook till the almond absorbs the liquid, it will take 5
minutes.
●
Transfer
coated almonds to the large bowl with sugar mixture. Sprinkle remaining sugar
mixture on the almonds and toss it well.
●
Spread
the coated almonds on wax paper and let it cool completely. Store at room
temperature in an airtight box.
●
To
enhance the taste, drizzle some melted chocolate (white or dark) on the honey
glazed almonds.
